BACKGROUND

Triston brings over 10 years of experience across athletic, rehabilitative, and general fitness settings. His academic background in Neuroscience, with a focus on movement and performance, shapes a coaching approach grounded in how the body actually adapts and responds. His research reinforced what he already knew from the floor: pushing above average isn't just performance. It's how you stay young. Coach TC has applied that principle consistently across clients who came in limited and left stronger than they expected.
