 NYC Scenic out-and-back 5K (half north, half south) led by a coach or go at your own pace. Meet at 9:00 AM for a quick warm-up — we run at 9:15 sharp. Lace up and join us for a community-powered shakeout run designed to burn calories, boost your cardio, and keep your body moving between strength sessions. This isn’t just about running—it’s about building momentum, connecting with like-minded individuals, and using movement as a tool to enhance your recovery and performance.
