We don’t just warm up—we lock in. Dynamic movement opens the body, activates key muscle groups, and gets you ready to move with purpose. This is where the session starts to feel different.
2ND QUARTER
POWER
Now we go explosive. Sprints, jumps, and high-output work built to develop real speed and pop. Engineered for athletes who move fast and play faster.
3RD QUARTER
STRENGTH
Time to build. Controlled lifts and intentional reps focused on getting stronger, more stable, and more durable. No wasted movement—just work that carries over.
4TH QUARTER
CONDITIONING
We finish with pressure.
High-intensity work that tests endurance, grit, and how you move when you’re tired. This is where you prove it.
