Approach

Matt's approach to training is intentional and systemic, nothing is random, and everything connects. Every exercise, set, and progression is selected with a clear purpose building toward a specific outcome.

BACKGROUND

Matt into performance training started as a high school volleyball athlete, where my passion for the sport earned me the honor of having my jersey retired. After dealing with multiple injuries throughout my college volleyball career, I became driven to understand what was really going on within the body. That pursuit led me to earn my Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, where I deepened my understanding of movement, performance, and recovery. With a commitment to continued growth I moved to New York City to fully immerse myself in the fitness industry refining my craft and learning from top professionals to deliver a higher standard of coaching.
