APPROACH
Juliana's sessions blend strength, endurance, and/or boxing, structured around what you actually want to accomplish, not what training is supposed to look like. Every session is purposeful. You'll leave knowing the work was worth it.
BACKGROUND
Eight years across NYC's most demanding training environments: beginner kickboxing in Harlem, HIIT and strength training through the pandemic, four F45 locations, and Mayweather Boxing and Fitness. From there she launched Jacked Jul Training, her own private practice. That range isn't accidental. It's the foundation of a coaching philosophy built on adaptability and precision. Juliana also specializes in training for women navigating perimenopause and menopause, a phase where programming needs to evolve with your body.
