APPROACH

Ivanna's programs combine resistance training, functional movement, and mobility work, designed as a system, not a checklist. Every session builds on the last. You'll get stronger and move more efficiently at the same time, because for Ivanna, those have never been separate goals.

BACKGROUND

Before coaching, Ivanna competed at the candidate for master of sport level in swimming in Ukraine. She went on to earn both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Fitness and Recreation from the National University of Ukraine on Physical Education and Sport, giving her foundational knowledge in anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics that most trainers don't have. In New York, she joined Equinox Wall Street as a Tier 3+ Personal Trainer, the highest tier in Equinox's coaching hierarchy, before bringing her methodology to GÜDSPORT. She is completing her NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist certification.
