David's programs combine strength and conditioning with nutrition accountability, built around your performance goals and a coaching relationship that keeps you on track. He doesn't just design programs. He holds you to them.

BACKGROUND

David is the founder of BodyByNono and a certified personal trainer with nearly a decade of experience. He grew up as a multi-sport all-county athlete and AAU basketball player, his father played professional basketball in Europe. He has been featured in CanvasRebel Magazine and Bold Journey Magazine, and has built his coaching reputation across Hype Gym (Union Square), Grindhouse BK (Williamsburg), and The Strength Club NYC in Flatiron.
