You want to train at a high level, but something hurts, or always seems to. You've been told to rest. You've tried programs that worked around the problem instead of solving it. Drew's approach starts where most trainers stop: identifying what's limiting your performance, correcting it, and then building strength on a foundation that actually holds. Training hard and feeling good aren't a trade-off. They're the goal.

APPROACH

Drew's sessions are built around function first: identify what's limiting performance, correct it, then build strength and output on top of a foundation that holds. The goal isn't to work around the problem. It's to fix it, then push past it.

BACKGROUND

Drew is a Certified Personal Trainer currently coaching at both TMPL Clubs, one of Manhattan's premium gym brands, and GÜDSPORT. His Pain-Free Performance Specialist designation sits at the intersection of general fitness and corrective training, giving him the framework to build programming that addresses why something hurts and how to train through it and past it.
