Our classes are structured to position you in the smartest, most efficient way to obtain results. Each class is designed to ensure you're hitting all body parts and levels of intensity throughout the week.

MONDAY NIGHT LOWER BODY STRENGTH

7pm | Hype Gym (Union Square)

Intensity: 8 out of 10

​

Expect to focus on squat and deadlift dominant lifts (quads, hamstrings, glutes) followed by core and conditioning exercises. 

​

TUESDAY NIGHT UPPER BODY STRENGTH

7pm | Hype Gym (Union Square)

Intensity: 7 out of 10

Expect to execute upper body push, press and pull dominant exercises (chest, shoulders, bicep, triceps, delts, traps) followed by core and conditioning exercises.

​

 This class keeps you consistent within your programing!

WEDNESDAY CORE FOCUS

7PM • Strength Club (1 east 28th street)

Intensity: 8 out of 10

 

Our Core class will focus on:

- Rotational/Functional core movements
- New training patterns not taught in any other classes
- Help you build strength & enhance your regimen

Saturday Morning skill set

10:30 am • Strength Club (1 east 28th street)

Intensity: 9 out of 10... possibly 10 out of 10

 

Expect to focus on a wide range of skills from kettlebells, agility, plyometrics, and med ball work.

​

If you went out the night before, don't worry! We keep the party rolling (ha)! 

​

This class is the PERFECT way for you to complete your weekly programming .

 

The GÜDSPORT Member Of The Month will be announced the last Saturday of every month.
